By accessing and using the AI Laptopwala website and making purchases from our stores, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Product Information
- All products sold are professionally refurbished and certified
- Product images are representative; actual appearance may vary slightly
- Specifications mentioned are verified during our 40-point inspection
- "Grade A++" indicates near-mint cosmetic condition with no visible scratches
- "Grade A+" indicates minimal signs of previous use, not visible from normal viewing distance
2. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Payment can be made via UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash on delivery (select areas)
- Full payment must be received before or at the time of delivery
3. Warranty
- All certified products come with minimum 6 months to 1 year warranty
- Warranty covers hardware defects and component failures
- Warranty does NOT cover physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized modifications
- Warranty is void if product is opened or repaired by unauthorized service providers
- Battery is covered only if health drops below 70%% within warranty period
4. Order and Delivery
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
- Delivery timelines: 2-5 business days depending on location
- Indore customers can opt for same-day store pickup
- Shipping is free for orders above Rs 25,000
- Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon delivery
5. Limitation of Liability
AI Laptopwala's maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
