Delivery Coverage
We deliver across India. All shipments are fully insured against transit damage.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: On all orders above Rs 25,000
- Standard Shipping: Rs 500 for orders below Rs 25,000
- Express Delivery: Available at additional charge for select cities
- Indore Local: Free same-day pickup from either store
Delivery Timelines
- Indore City: Same day (store pickup) or next day delivery
- Madhya Pradesh: 2-3 business days
- Metro Cities: 3-4 business days (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune)
- Rest of India: 4-6 business days
- Remote Areas: 6-8 business days
Packaging
- Every laptop is packed in double-layer corrugated box with foam cushioning
- Anti-static bubble wrap for screen protection
- Sealed with tamper-evident tape
- Charger and accessories packed separately to prevent scratches
Order Tracking
- Tracking number shared via WhatsApp within 24 hours of shipping
- Real-time delivery updates on WhatsApp

Delivery Instructions
- Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package
- Check the package for any visible damage before accepting
- If package appears damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately
- Open and inspect the product within 24 hours of receiving
Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt delivery 2 more times. After 3 failed attempts, the package will be returned and re-shipping charges may apply.
