7-Day Replacement Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full replacement or refund. No questions asked.
Eligibility for Return
- Return request must be raised within 7 calendar days of delivery
- Product must be in original condition without new physical damage
- All original accessories, charger, and box (if provided) must be returned
- Product should not have unauthorized modifications or software changes
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us via WhatsApp or call within 7 days of delivery
- Share your order number and reason for return
- We will arrange a free pickup from your location (or you can visit our store)
- Upon inspection, replacement will be shipped or refund initiated
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
- For COD orders, refund will be sent via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI)
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Conditions
- Products returned after 7 days from delivery
- Products with physical damage caused by the customer (drops, liquid spills)
- Products with tampered warranty seals
- Software issues that can be resolved with reinstallation (covered under support)
